For the long President's Day weekend, I visited Portland, to eat and enjoy some Oregon fresh air.
Here are some favorites...
Food & Drinks:
- Pine Street Market (an indoor market with great food; if you want more food, check out Alder Street for food cart pods)
 - Pok Pok (street food style, Thai food)
 - Blue Star Donuts (pretty donuts with quality)
 - Tasty & Son's (for brunch)
 - Kachka (Russian food)
 - Deschutes Brewery (also has a ginormous cheeseburger)
 - Multnomah Whiskey Library (for the Don Draper in you)

Things to do:
- Powell's Books (so large, I got lost in there)
 - Japanese Garden (a nice walk through feng shui, and currently remodeling for a cultural center)
 - Multnomah Falls (the second largest waterfall in the country, you can even walk on the Benson Bridge)
